About Dawn Larrance

I was in a very difficult situation with a house, and Travis was extremely kind and helpful. He gave me advice and did a great job communicating with me. He said he was willing to help, and when I did need his help with some things, he was right there, following through with what he said. I really appreciate him being there for me, as his guidance and honesty with me greatly helped put me on a path to finding a resolution to my situation.

Travis was not only professional and courteous but also quick to respond to questions or concerns. My husband and I were very happy with how the transaction was managed. I look forward to not only working with Travis in the future but also referring family and friends as well!

Travis was an amazing realtor, and we closed in record time. He worked closely with various other teams to ensure we had all items taken care of. His knowledge, professionalism, and experience kept this home-buying experience worry-free, on time, and within budget.

Travis was amazing every step of the way; he was kind and courteous and especially patient with our needs. He made selling a home very easy. I would recommend him to anyone needing to sell a home. A+ and 5 stars!

I contacted Travis to show me "a few" homes when I decided to move to Corpus Christi from Abilene. A few turned into about 40! He never once complained or lost his smile. Thanks for being so responsive and honest, Travis!

Travis is the best around! You will not find a more honest, hard-working agent. His expertise and knowledge are endless! He helped us sell a house, and we could not be happier! We highly recommend him.

My dad passed away, and I needed to sell his house rather quickly, as I live out of town. Travis went above and beyond to meet with plumbers and contractors when I was unable to, and he found a buyer before it even hit the public market. Highly recommend!

Travis surpassed our needs! He was very professional, responded quickly to our calls and emails, and helped us find the perfect house that we now call home!

Travis did a great job. Very professional and friendly. He was always available when needed and quick to find out answers to our questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

If I could give Travis 5 more stars, I would. From start to finish, he made this process enjoyable. This house was a doozy: 2 appraisals, countless negotiations, and a lot of issues. Travis got through all the mishaps with my best interest in mind. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable about pricing, neighborhoods, and realistic expectations. Travis took notes on what I liked and disliked and found me the perfect home. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Do yourself a favor and choose him as your realtor; you will be highly impressed and happy you did!

Our family would highly recommend Travis Teel! He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and kind. He went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations by giving 100% from start to finish and making our home-buying dreams come true! If we were to go back and take this journey again, we would definitely choose Travis Teel all over again. We are truly thankful, blessed, and grateful to have been paired with Travis Teel as our family’s Realtor!

Travis was definitely a godsend! After so many others told me it was impossible to find what met my needs and almost giving up he saved me!! There is nothing he won’t do to make it happen. Thank you so much for making this happen for my family; you are truly amazing!

Was available to us when we were searching for our new home. Then, when we found our home, he walked us through it every step of the way. This was our first home purchase, and I'm so glad we had Travis to help us.

Bless his heart. For over a year, he showed me numerous homes and maintained his patience when, time and again, something would come up and derail my home purchase. He was always positive, and when it didn't work out, he'd humor me with more homes to look at. He never once complained and was always cheerful and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property in the Corpus area. Very much a people person and easy to get along with.

Travis is an amazing realtor. Having to sell a home while, at the same time, buying one was something that could have been virtually impossible without Travis’ expertise and experience. He was both patient and knowledgeable with all parties and was always available.

Uncommonly cool, that's so Travis! Delightful, experienced, thoughtful, well-versed in CC Real Estate! We have had the pleasure of working with Travis Teel on a couple of occasions and were very pleased with his professionalism. He also located and sold my son his Forever Home. My son is very hard to impress, but Travis prevailed. I would recommend Travis Teel with utmost confidence for any of your Real Estate needs; he'll get the job done!

Very kinda, caring, and willing to work for you to help with problem-solving. Awesome personality. One phone call away. Asked questions to meet our needs. Gave tips on showing to be ready and always feed back from his showing or other agents feed back.

Great experience! Travis is one of those guys who is profesional at the highest level and down-to-earth at the same time. Definitely referring him to family and friends. Thanks again, Travis!

Travis Teel's professionalism, compassion, and amazing work ethic are just a few reasons my family will now have the opportunity to live in a beautiful home. After working with 5 other agents in the area, most of whom told us that they could not help us rent a home, I can honestly say that Travis was a key component in making our dream become a reality! I had almost given up before contacting Travis and explaining my family's circumstances. Although my husband and I had less than perfect credit, Travis took a more personal approach with us, took the time to look into our situation, and assured me that we would find something we would be happy with. ...

Travis was more than helpful. I asked a lot of questions, and Travis never hesitated to answer any of them to the best of his ability (even if the questions I asked were repetitive). He is super nice and willing to go above and beyond for clients. He would always say his top priority is his family and his clients, and you could for sure see that whenever we were using his expertise in realty. Very knowledgeable; will definitely use again when needed. He worked very hard! All-around great person!
